Come and discover our pleasant, fully equipped and renovated townhouse, with modern Scandinavian-inspired decoration.
Ideally located between the covered market (150m) and the Sichon equestrian stadium (150m), you will be a few minutes walk from the city centre (8 min), the thermal baths or the Allier lake (10 min)
After a beautiful day of sightseeing, come and enjoy the private whirlpool bath for 2 people, to relax.

The accommodation
Our house, independent and atypical, classified as furnished 4-star tourism, extends over 3 levels, to offer you all the comfort and tranquility you need throughout your stay. With a capacity of 4 people, it is distributed as follows:

A first space composed of a suite with a queen size bed (160x200cm) which opens onto a large bathroom equipped with the spa bath for 2 people, a spacious shower (90x140cm) and a toilet.

On the second floor, a second suite awaits you with a queen size bed (160x200cm), an office area and its own bathroom including a new spacious shower (90x140cm) and a toilet.

On the ground floor, you will discover a living room area with a Qled smart TV, Wi-Fi access, as well as a fully equipped kitchen
The kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and induction hob and all the basic utensils.
In addition you will also find a crepe maker, a raclette and fondue set to enhance your evenings with friends or family. We also provide you with herbs, washing-up liquid and many other little touches to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Traveller access
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The price of the stay includes the cost of cleaning and linen maintenance which will be carried out after your stay.
You can easily park on the street. The covered market car park located 300 metres from the house is also free and offers multiple parking spaces
An outdoor corner will allow you to park your bikes, or other equipment or materials
You will find a discreet and secure key box to allow you to arrive independently and at any time

Other remarks
The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM)
For the comfort of all, the house is entirely non-smoking (smoking in the accommodation exposes you to an additional 150€ of costs to compensate for the next stay). An ashtray is installed on the low wall in front of the front door
