Really enjoyed this hotel, we have a lovely room with a large terrace overlooking the park. The room and bathroom were spotless and very well equipped. The staff were really helpful, from helping us park through reception to the staff in the bar and restaurants. Highly recommended

Lovely room overlooking the park. Great breakfast. Staff very helpful - we were able to store luggage after checking out and they called a taxi for us to get to our next destination. Spa facilities (which are not included in the room rate) were also great - and very clean. Would definitely stay again if visiting Vichy.

The property is dated and will shortly be closing for a complete refurbishment. The staff are a delight from reception to cleaning team and valet parking. They do their best to keep the property going, but it shows its age through a struggling aircon system and a very rusty pool area. Its location is excellent, rooms are very quiet, there is a pool. Your experience will depend on your expectations, it’s certainly not 5 stars but a very pleasant base in Vichy.

The hotel is adjacent to the thermal spa facilities with a connecting bridge. There is a beautiful park nearby with a nice walk on river banks. The hotel/spa complex was built in the 1980s and everything looks dated and in need of a full upgrade. That said, staff was very nice, breakfast was very good and the thermal facilities were nice. Hotel guests must pay 40 euros per room per day for access. The hotel is dog friendly as well. The room rate was quite low so overall it was reasonable value. It could be an amazing place with some investments.

Staff are incredibly friendly and accomodating. Julie, the manager in the bar is the best! She will tell you where to go for dinner, lunch and help you explore the best parts of Vichy! Cannot recommend this hotel more highly. Outdoor areas are wonderful and they are situated right on the promenade.

Great Hotel and Spa Experience

We spent three nights at the hotel to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We had never been to Vichy. The experience was excellent, the hotel was beautiful and everything was clean and up-to-date. We booked a junior suite, which was lovely. Evening cocktails in the beautiful bar were beautifully served. Our spa treatments were excellent and the facilities are modern and very clean. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. Great location. Wonderful park right in front of the hotel and along the river and great for walking our little dog. Very friendly staff. Nice restaurant. The spa experience was good. But the pool on the 7th floor was in bad condition. Dozens of loose little tiles and dirt at the bottom. But, all in all, we would stay again.

It was a quick stop but the whole town is very walkable and the parc nearby is absolutely gorgeous. We ordered room service, which was served on the dot by a very courteous, but also very discreet gentleman. The bellman took care of our electric vehicle and returned it to us fully charged.

I love this spa and the location - the rooms and spa itself are a little tired. Tiles missing from the spa - things not open, etc. Overall it was a good experience but could use some updates.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel - breakfast was superb, service was sterling (especially reception staff), rooms were large and luxury. Spa is small but boasts selection of saunas (dry, non-dry, hammam) and medium mineral hydromassage pool. It also has selection of herbal cold teas and mineral water. The only this is that a few showers didn’t work properly - this needs to be addressed. The hotel is located opposite the Vichy water sources so you can visit drinking taps in the morning and choose one of the 5 taps of local mineral water to drink. Everything exceeded my expectations, thank you for this wonderful time.

Lovely hotel and receptionist. Spa was just a big thermal jacuzzi and sauna plus ice and snacks but it was still enjoyable. Hammam broken.
