We enjoyed our stay at the Antico. Perfect location and nice enough for the money. The breakfast was really nicely done and the staff were very nice for the most part. The check-in process would have been easy except that we had a car. When I booked they assured me that they had parking. In reality they have two parking options. The first required that the car moved away from the hotel between noon and 5pm everyday. The other option was to park in an area that was around 6 or 7 minutes away. This is the option we chose. Everything would have been 5 stars if they really explained all of that beforehand. It would have been better had they explained where to put your car while you are doing the check in process. This is not obvious. We ended up parking in front of another hotel for 30 minutes before moving the car to the other parking area. Except for that the location couldn't be better and everything else was great.

A nice stay in Vicenza
I spent an overnight stay in Vicenza. This hotel was very conveniently located in the centre of the old town. The room was very nice and the staff friendly and welcoming.

Great location
Exceptional position, service, breakfast, friendliness and a few steps to the centre plaza. Very limited on street parking a few steps away for a fee. Highly recommend.

This hotel is in the very centre of Vincenza, yet quiet. My corner room was large and delightfully old fashioned. The breakfast was excellent. The staff I met were so helpful and friendly. I would stay no where else in Vicenza.

The staff is outstanding, from front desk to housekeeping and especially the breakfast team. Location is excellent for taking in historic Vicenza shopping and restaurants. The rooms are goo and quiet, but not as nice as their sister hotel. Even so, I would stay here again and recommend.

This hotel is only 30 steps from Piazza Dei Signori….the central square. The room was clean, quiet, and air conditioning worked great. Parking is not available on site but the staff coordinated with their sister hotel to provide parking only a five minute walk away. We will stay here again!

Fantastic!
Fantastic, in city center of old town close to everything. Very clean, comfortable, helpful, welcoming. The antica Vicenza was closed due to low reservations so they rebooked me into palazzo scarmozzi hotel. Everything was wonderful and modern but with in the scarmozzi palace......loved it

Beautiful friendly staff. The location is ideal. The room was a good size but the bathroom door didn’t shut fully and it made the room very chilly, the cold marble floor is uncomfortable to step onto in the middle of the night, a rug would solve that problem, the shower recess is very very tiny. The breakfast service was beautiful. The staff made it an enjoyable stay

Always a pleasant time staying here when traveling to Vicenza. Puts you right in the middle of centro and the rooms have that true nostalgic Italian styling of years past. We love it.

This hotel is in the heart of the city and getting to it is a challenge, but the front desk go above and beyond to get you to their location. It has a rooftop terrace that allows you to watch the most beautiful sunsets while relaxing with a glass of wine. The town is small and very laid back. Excellent place

A lovely boutique hotel in the center of Vicenza . Just steps from the major attractions. The room was spacious and the bathroom well equipped other than the tiny shower which is so typical of Italian hotels.

A very central location yet surprisingly little street noise. A particular request I had for extra seating was taken care of with no fuss. Well stocked minibar and pleasant room. The breakfast is serve-yourself and a little limited in a small seating area but it works because the food on offer is of good quality and the staff excellent in their attitude and helpfulness.

the property was in the centre of Vicenza which was excellent the hotel room was the most dreary I have ever stayed in the lift was a nightmare, the lift doors did not open properly and trapped you the breakfast was provided in a corridor and the tables were only large enough for two so there, four people travelling together would have to sit at separate tables

Very well located hotel and service was good. Rooms were large but beds very hard and while bathroom was large and functional, mould in shower was a turn off. Could have easily been cleaned with good scrub.

The Hills on tour.
A very nice comfortable hotel in the heart of Vicenza. Lovely helpful staff willing to go the extra mile. The only drawback was the rather hard bed and pillows. Breakfast adequate. Spacious rooms for By Italian standards.

Outstanding experience. Vittoria, Vanesa, Vadim and Jihane at the front desk were wonderful. Elena and Elena were marvelous each morning at breakfast. Oxana took great pride in tending to our room for 6 days for which we thank her. Great team, great location. Grazie to all!

Our room was very cold. We received an extra heater but it didn’t work very well. I would not expect that from a four star hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great view from the terrace. Breakfast was good.

Great location in the historic center of Vicenza. Easy walk to museums and other sites. The staff, particularly Vittoria and Federica, were especially helpful in making dinner reservations and other useful information. Would definitely stay there again!
