With around 340 m² of living space plus a 55 m² terrace, this villa offers generous space for families or groups. Five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a whirlpool, fireplace and spacious common areas ensure comfort and privacy. Guests also have access to the pool and barbecue area. The sea can be reached in about 10 minutes. Casa 8 is spread over two levels and offers plenty of space for shared moments as well as privacy. The open living area with gallery creates a unique atmosphere, while five bedrooms and five bathrooms provide comfort even for larger groups. The large terrace with sea views is ideal for relaxed evenings or breakfast outdoors. A whirlpool and fireplace add extra comfort, while a Sonos sound system is available throughout the house. A billiard table offers entertainment for shared evenings. The villa is located within a gated estate with eight additional units. Garden and pool areas are shared. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Pets are welcome upon prior request for an additional fee. Please respect the quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
