With a cozy double bed, a practical sofa bed, and a private bathroom, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. On 63 m², a fully equipped open kitchen invites you to cook and relax. Just 5 minutes from the center and 10 minutes from the beach – the ideal base for both relaxation and adventure. Casa 1A offers a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals. The accommodation features air conditioning for optimal comfort and includes high-speed Gbit internet, a Sonos sound system, and Smart TVs with apps like Netflix and Spotify. The queen-size bed can be separated into two singles upon request – please let us know early. A sofa bed in the living area offers additional space for up to three people. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Pets are welcome for a small additional fee. The house is part of a gated property with eight units that share a garden and pool. Check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Free parking is available along the street and in the side street nearby. Please note: Courtyard parking spaces are reserved exclusively for guests with disabilities and must be requested in advance. Quinta da Victória is located just 100 meters from the Camino de Santiago and within walking distance of the sea – a perfect opportunity to explore the surroundings.
