It is a very quiet area with no busy roads around the building. Access to the apartment includes a private, enclosed underground garage with room for one car, and also access to the building's terrace - a private space that includes a barbecue and utensils, a shower, and an electrical connection. The terrace also has views of the sea, the woods and the city of Viana do Castelo and Santa Luzia.
