Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

"Very welcoming staff. Excellent restaurant and great food.and wine. We stayed in the summer at this ski resort so it was quite empty. Lovely mountain views. There's no on site parking. I would definitely stay here again."

"A studio in a residential building, in a quiet part of Sestriere. Secure underground parking with lock. Comfortable and well equipped.The concierge Elena, is especially lovely and helpful. She speaks perfect English (and French and Italian, of course!)"
