A comfortable 138-square-meter apartment with a separate entrance, accommodating up to 6 people, spread over several floors. We are in Vezzano Ligure, in the Ligurian hinterland, a picturesque village located within the Montemarcello-Magra-Vara Natural Park. The property boasts a wonderful view of the valley, making it the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing stay.



The interior layout is as follows:



-> LOWER LEVEL

- LIVING ROOM I with a double sofa bed and TV;

- KITCHEN with a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, kettle, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, and dining table;

- LIVING ROOM II with a queen-size sofa bed and access to Terrace I;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- TERRACE I.



-> UPPER LEVEL

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, and chest of drawers;

- BEDROOM II with a single bed;

- BATHROOM II with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- TERRACE II accessible from the hallway in the sleeping area.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, two fans, washing machine, clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.



PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is located on a slightly uphill, unpaved street.

Please note that there are steps at the entrance to the apartment.

The property is spread over two levels—there are internal stairs. Please exercise caution if travelling with children.

Please note that there are a few steps connecting the living room to the kitchen.

There is one step between the kitchen and the room with the queen-size sofa bed.

Please note that there are steps leading to the terrace.

We kindly ask guests NOT to lock the entrance to Terrace I—otherwise, you will be locked out of the apartment.

NO A/C—there are two fans.

The fireplace is NOT usable.



The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

The apartment is located in the heart of the medieval village of Vezzano Ligure, in a convenient location with plenty of amenities: bars and pharmacies are within a 1-km radius, while a small supermarket is about 5 km away.

The area is also well-served by public transport: just 300 metres from the apartment is the intercity bus stop for La Spezia, while 5 km away is the train station with direct trains to Sarzana/Versilia and, again, to La Spezia—a transfer hub for reaching the wonderful Cinque Terre.
