A cosy 70-square-meter apartment with a private entrance, located on the ground floor of a historic building (there are steps leading to the property). The apartment, which can accommodate up to 5 people, is located in Vezzano Ligure, a picturesque village in the Ligurian hinterland.

The property consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a private outdoor area, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the valley and, in the distance, the Gulf of Poets.

The property is accessible only on foot.



The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM I with a double bed and a coat rack;

- BEDROOM II with three single beds and a clothes rack;

- LIVING ROOM with a sofa and TV;

- KITCHEN with induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, moka pot, kitchen utensils, and dining table with chairs;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- OUTDOOR AREA (accessible from the kitchen) with a dining table, chairs, and outdoor lounge chairs.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, fan, hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.

The outdoor green area is not fenced in. Please exercise extra caution if you are travelling with children.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In the summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.

The apartment is located in the medieval village of Vezzano Ligure, in a strategic location with plenty of amenities: bars, pharmacies, restaurants, and small supermarkets are all within a 1-kilometer radius.

The area is also well-served by public transport: just 140 metres from the apartment is the bus stop

for the intercity bus to La Spezia (Vezzano Alto stop), while the train station is 5 km away, with direct trains to Sarzana/Versilia and, again, to La Spezia—a transfer hub for reaching the beautiful Cinque Terre.

Eurospin Supermarket: 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by public transport.



The most convenient and affordable way to get around the area is by car.

The apartment is located on a pedestrian street, accessible only on foot.

Parking is not included; however, free parking is available at the Via G. Matteotti car park, about 170 metres from the property (NOT guaranteed).

- Lerici: 23 minutes by car / 52 minutes by bus (14 km);

- Porto Venere: 45 minutes by car / 1 hour and 17 minutes by bus (25 km);

- Cinque Terre: 53 minutes by car / 1 hour and 25 minutes by bus (38 km).
