Very good...our third visit here

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Great location, wonderful staff and excellent restaurant.

Very nice for a Holiday inn Express and very near the centre of town

Great stay while convalescing - many thanks

The house and room was immaculate and the the hosts were very kind and thoughtful. I hope to go again.

Room was clean and viewed was absolutely amazing from balcony. Spa was very nice with heated pool outside overlooking the mountains. Reception staff particularly very friendly.

A big thank you to everyone at Alaia Lodge for such a warm welcome. We came here on a father/son golf trip we had wanted to do for many years and we chose to stay at Alaia because of its convenient walking distance to the golf course, and it proved to be a wonderful choice. We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful town, surrounded by lovely scenery. We only wish we had more time to explore the area and take in more of its beauty! I was really impressed with this hotel. It was a good price, cosy and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and the shower was perfect! It is a bit of a distance from the main street but there's a bus that comes regularly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanted to stay in Verbier..

I can’t recommend this hotel enough it is absolutely perfect in every way, location, friendliness, service, facilities, we loved it

good location, clean room, passage to car park can be wider too narrow for a big car!

Really comfortable room, great spa, fab cocktail bar and excellent food.

It was a perfect quiet hotel within walking distance of my family. The view was great. The apricot jam at breakfast was amazing.

Missing place to store cycling bike.

During my stay they couldn't have been more helpful everytime I asked for info. Rooms cleaned everyday and mini toblerones on your bed, yum yum. I saw maintenance ongoing, which is positive, at least they didn't ignore faults in the hotel and keep going while trying to maximise profit at customers expense like many hotel...
