You have this panoramic view both outside on the 22m wide balcony and inside from every room. The loft built in 2006 welcomes you with a stylish and cozy ambience (parquet, underfloor heating, indirect lighting, fireplace / fireplace, modern furniture & pictures) and complete equipment (TV, DVD, HiFi, Bluetooth, MIELE kitchen, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, Coffee machine, microwave, raclette oven, fondue, washing machine & dryer in the basement, and much more). Wifi with unlimited internet can be rented. Perfect for a family with children, u. a. because of the 2 bathrooms and the total of 6 beds (2 double rooms, 1 bunk bed). The house is centrally located. Only 200m to the ski slope / cable car of the "4 valleys / 4 Vallées" (largest ski area in Switzerland) and only a few steps away from supermarket, bakery, butcher, restaurants, bars, ski shop, swimming pool, SPA. 1 underground parking space is free (belongs to the apartment). Final cleaning and tourist tax (CHF 4 / day / person) are already included in the rental price. Please bring your own bedding and towels (mattress size 90 \* 200 cm). The 4 Vallées ski area is the largest ski area in Switzerland with over 400 kilometers of slopes and was the test winner in 2015 "Best ski area in Europe for advanced skiers & freeriders" at www. skiresort. de. The range of good and challenging slopes is actually huge. When the weather is nice, you shouldn't miss a day trip to Mont Fort Glacier \[3330 m\]. The ski area "Printze" (2 of 4 valleys directly at Veysonnaz) is an interesting and inexpensive alternative to the total ski pass "4 Vallées". It includes 175 km of slopes from Les Masses via Thyon, Veysonnaz and Siviez to Haute Nendaz. With the slope highlights "Bärenpiste" and "Étérollaz", in our opinion it is also better than the ski area of Verbier. Snowboard & Freeride: Snow park above Les Masses (boarder cross, ski jumps) Cross-country skiing: There is a beautiful and very snow-sure cross-country ski trail from Thyon to Les Chottes (classic, 13 km) at 2100m (also has snow in April) Ski pass tariffs 2016 (prices print 5 days): Adults CHF 259 Young people (15-19 years) CHF 220 Children (7-14 y.) You can also discover beautiful reservoirs (La Grande Dixence, barrage de Moiry, barrage der Cleuson) and breathtaking valleys (Val d'Hérémence, Val d'Annivier, Val de Bagnes, Arolla). Het huis was netjes en schoon. Keuken was wat verouderd, maar verder is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Zelfs een melkopschuimer Mooie grote balkon en het uitzicht is magnifiek. Veel uitstapjes kunnen maken vanuit Veysonnaz naar o.a: Nendaz (kabelbaan), Sion, Niouc(hangbrug met veel activiteiten: bungyjumpen, ziplinen...)St Leonard (grotten, ondergronds meer)Leukerbad ( met supersteptrottibike)En veeeel wandelen ....- Parkeerplaats is even lopen, dus het in- en uitladen van de auto is wel een heel klein minpuntje. Der kleine Ort bietet alles an Versorgung, die man benötigt und von dort kann man ausgiebige Wandertouren starten. Aber auch mit dem Auto erreicht man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Schwimmbäder und Badeseen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei und auch die Ausführungen zum Parken und der Wohnung vorab waren sehr genau und gut verständlich. Der atemberaubende Ausblick morgens wie abends war unser Highlight und es wird nicht zu viel versprochen. Die Wohnung ist klein aber gemütlich. Es ist alles vorhanden von Fondue bis zum Stabmixer. Auch eine Waschmaschiene im Keller kann mit wenig Kleingeld benutzt werden. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und der persönliche Charme der Wohnung hat uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gemacht. ##### Marco P. Zum Lift 3 min zu Fuß. Skidepot im Skigeschäft beim Lift gemietet. Im Haus gibt es zwar ein Skiraum, aber keinen Skischuhwärmer. Mit den beiden Aufzügen für uns zu beschwerlich. Die Beschreibung und die Fotos passen vollkommen; die Ausstattung bietet mehr als man in einer Woche benötigt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ins Rhone-Tal ist grandios, besonders der Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang über den Berggipfeln ist super. Das Haus bietet einen Skikeller, den man aber suchen muss (in der 1\. Etage). Von der Wohnung zur Gondel ist es nicht weit, von da aus geht es in weniger als 10 Minuten ins Skigebiet auf über 2100 Metern. Die Talabfahrt ist prinzipiell möglich, aber die Piste ist steil und vereist. Geschäfte (Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt, Sportgeschäft) und Restaurants sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Familie Beier, auch für die gute Kommunikation. ##### Dirk C. Die Einrichtung ist modern und gemütlich. Alles war vorhanden für einen perfekten Urlaub. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert. Er gab uns viele gute Tipps.
