Ideal for families, for lovers or for people who relax, paint, play music, write, read, study, discuss, prepare for an exam - or just want to take a vacation. Take the bike or canoe (available free of charge) and dive into the unique landscape of the Spreewald, which is crisscrossed by numerous streams. The property includes a lovingly landscaped garden, a parking space on the property, a spacious terrace with a large parasol, barbecue and patio furniture as well as a play and sunbathing lawn with z. T. old trees. A sandpit for children with associated toys and table tennis table are also available as well as a separate landing stage with boarding and alighting on the river. The canoes are there for you to use free of charge. Bicycles are also available for your excursion free of charge. The total size of the property is \~ 700sqm. Inside there is an open fitted kitchen on the lower floor, separated by a log wall equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and freezer combination as well as an electric stove, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The spacious living area with satellite TV and radio connects to the kitchen and has an exit to the terrace. A Canadian lumberjack stove (Bullerjan) is the central point of the living area. Also on the lower floor there is a small toilet, a storage room and a hallway / cloakroom with wooden stairs to the upper floor. There is a large and small bedroom, a comfortable and modern bathroom with shower and toilet, and a hallway with a desk and a view of the garden and the river. The bedrooms on the upper floor can accommodate up to 6 people. The bathroom, toilet and the hall on the ground floor also have electric underfloor heating. Wir waren für zwei Wochen mit Hund dort und haben es sehr genossen. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt und nur zum Fließ offen, optimal für den Hund. Man hat von dort einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Modern eingerichtet, Betten mit hochwertigen Matratzen. Die Betten und Bettwäsche hatten frisch und angenehm geduftet, was uns persönlich sehr wichtig ist. Auch die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Wenn man genau hinschaut, sind es Themen-Zimmer. Es gibt einen Beamer, den wir gerne abends benutzten. In der Küche, die voll ausgestattet ist, gibt es eine Kaffee-Siebträgermaschine - für uns als Kaffeeliebhaber super. Nun zum Garten: einfach traumhaft, mit Bootsanleger. Es gibt Kajaks, die wir jeden Tag nutzten, um schöneTouren zu unternehmen. Es gibt auch Bikes mit Tretunterstützung (sind kein E-Bikes), die sich gut fahren lassen. Ein großes Lob an den Vermieter für dieses toll ausgestattete Ferienhaus. Wer entschleunigen möchte und auf Komfort wert liegt ist hier genau richtig.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Die Spreewaldliebe ist einfach wunderbar und sehr zu empfehlen, hier fühlt man sich gleich wohl. Es fehlte an nichts und die Möglichkeiten den Tag zu gestalten sind vielfältig. Von Kajakwandern, Fahrrad fahren, wandern zu Fuß, die schönen Orte im Spreewald besuchen, Alpakawandern, eine gemütliche Kahnfahrt oder auch nur einfach die Ruhe im Garten direkt am eigenen Fließzugang unterm Nussbaum genießen. Es ist ein schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus, alles war sehr sauber und das was beschrieben war, war auch vorhanden. Die Lage und das Grundstück am Fließ sind Traumhaft. Sehr positiv und nicht selbstverständlich sind kostenlose Fahrräder und Kanus, die Nutzung eines Grills und einer Feuerschale inklusive Feuerholz. Bemängeln kann man nur, dass es statt der beschriebenen 3 zweier Kanus, 4 einzelne und ein 2er gab. Für uns Erwachsenen war es kein Problem, aber bei Familien mit kleineren Kindern, wäre das ein Problem geworden. Bei einem gemähten Rasen hätten sicher auch die vorhandenen Spiele mehr Spaß gemacht. Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus direkt am Wasser. Obwohl es keinen persönlichen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter gab,fühlte man sich herzlich Willkommen. Es gab ein Körbchen mit selbstgemachten/regionalen Köstlichkeiten sowie eine Wander - und Wasserwanderkarte. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten (wirkte für uns auf den Fotos enger), sehr gefällig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Bullerjan tut sein Übriges. Es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem, dass Wasser heiß und das Internet (WLAN) schnell und stabil. Besonders die inkludierten Kanus und Fahrräder sind nicht selbstverständlich. Der große Garten und der direkte Wasserzugang sind super. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig. Wenn die Ladestation für Elektro-PKW in Betrieb genommen sein wird, ist das ein echtes Alleinstellungsmerkmal. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist problemlos und angenehm. Alles zusammen eine klare Emfehlung! ##### Steffen D. Die Unterkunft ist auch mit ÖPNV gut zu erreichen. Mit den hauseigenen Kajaks & Fahrrädern lässt sich die Gegend sehr gut erkunden. Das Haus mit dazugehörigen Gästehaus ist sehr geräumig, die Ausstattung bietet alles, was man benötigt. Der Check-In lief reibungslos ab. Leider haben wir eine eher herzlose Erfahrung beim Check-Out gemacht: die Spülmaschine lief noch bis Ende der Check-Out Zeit, so dass wir noch ein bisschen spazieren waren. Wir sind 15min. nach vorgegebener Check-Out Zeit am Haus zurück gewesen, um das saubere Geschirr zu verräumen & wurden dann mit unfreundlichen Worten, dass „unsere Zeit abgelaufen“ sei, empfangen - ohne Begrüßung. Wir gehen nicht davon aus, dass es der Vermieter war, aber da man sich nicht vorstellte, können wir auch nicht sagen, wer es war. Wir können verstehen, dass für nachfolgende Gäste das Haus gereinigt werden muss, aber auch für abreisende Gäste sollte die Gastfreundschaft weiterhin zählen… Schade. ##### Judy F. Auch Hochstuhl und Reisebett für Kleinkinder standen zur Verfügung. Wir überlegen schon, wann wir wieder nach Raddusch kommen. Sauber und gut eingerichtet; Gastgeber war bei Fragen schnell erreichbar. Die Paddelbote waren super! Auch zum Radfahren ist die Lage ideal. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an den Gastgeber und der Familie, die dieses Haus betreut! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr, sehr genossen. Es ist so gut wie alles vorhanden, Highlight waren die drei Kanus, die wir ausgiebig genutzt haben.
