"15 days, hair from previous stays EVERYWHERE (was never properly cleaned/removed, only moved to other places). Bed linens and pillow cases never once changed in 15 days. Fridge broken, all food brought got spoiled. Moldy bathroom. Disgusting bath tub. Salty water (I washed my face and brushed my teeth with bottled water for 15 days). Very low quality guests, noise and karaoke parties until 6AM on weekends, I ended up calling the police twice. Staff stood helpless and intimidated by their guests. Many sleepless nights, which was detrimental to my business trip purposes. I feel my trust in your listing has been betrayed, will not be using Expedia for any bookings ever again. I would've rather slept in my rental car than this "facility". 0/10 rating."
