"Das kleine Häuschen war super ausgestattet und die Übergabe sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Uns ging was zu Bruch, auch das wurde unkompliziert gelöst. Auch für unseren Hund war es die perfekte Location und er konnte sich frei bewegen. In 10 Minuten ist man am Strand und genügend Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden in der Nähe. "This space was authentically rustic and very livable. Modern kitchen conveniences, comfortable beds, plenty immediate hot water & pressure. Large outdoor space was equipped for relaxed viewing the expanse of Viareggio/Ligurian Sea in day & a plethora of twinkling nighttime lights. "A wonderful villa experience in the hills overlooking Viareggio. Host Angelo was very service oriented and had good contacts with whom we arranged activities and transportation. He provided staff to prepare meals as we specified including three dinners and all breakfasts - in every instance, we received excellent food at reasonable prices from expert staff. We will easily recommend this accommodation to others."

"This was our first time in Marina de Pietrasanta and we loved it! The location of this villa couldn't be better. We walked to fantastic restaurants and the sea. The villa is vintage, so don't expect a remodeled kitchen...but who wants to spend time in the kitchen when there are so many wonderful restaurants just a short walk away. Our adult kids loved the bicycles. Annalisa is available if you need anything."

"+ sehr sauber + Signora Antonella war sehr flexibel und bei Anfragen sofort da + Das grosse Grundstück ist super. Mit Hund perfekt, da alles eingezäunt ist Eher für die wärmere Jahreszeiten geeignet mit schönen Sitzmöglichkeiten draussen + Nordisches Duvet, nicht mit Laken und Wolldecke, wie üblich in Italien - wenn man selber kochen möchte ist die Küche nicht gut bestückt - man muss jede Seife, Abwaschmittel, Abtrocktüchlein, etc selber mitnehmen, es ist fast nichts vorhanden - es hat keine...

"We had a great week at the house of Gemma and Andrea. The apartment is big and well equipped, perfect for a family with 3 little children. There is beautiful garden, where the kids can play, and learn something about nature as well, as Gemma and Andrea have a wonderful vegetable garden. The location is perfect, close to the beach, but also close to Pisa and Luca. Gemma and Andrea are really nice, friendly and helpful. We can definitely recommend this place!"
