"Getting into the property was an effort. The fact you have no front office person to answer questions is a learning curve for those that prefer boutique hotels. The location, the decor was so relaxing and good feeling. The bed was horrible. 2 beds pushed together but not rally made as one except for a sheet so to move to and from centre was impossible. Loved the room, the decor, the common room but the bed was not great."

"The ‘crew’ was fabulous: lively, friendly, super-helpful. I stayed for two weeks and loved living there. The vibe is distictly fun, the food good, location great; trains for exploring other towns, buses for fast, easy access to centro città. It was possibly my best hotel experience ever!"

"Check in was OK but the guy showing us the apartment was not well and was not very informative about the place. He didn't tell us that the main door in to the building was electronically controlled for exit. There was a place to insert the key but it didn't open the door. By chance I pushed what I thought was a light switch and the door unlocked. Also there are no printed instructions for any of the appliances. The bathroom was modern and clean with a good sized walk in shower. The bedroom had a comfortable king sized bed and ample wardrobe space. The TV showed Netflix, Prime etc and was easy to operate. It was quiet at night."

"Overall a good stay at Fiera Maison. The owners were good at communicating through Expedia, which was particularly helpful with couple of little glitches, including an overpayment of the room tax and getting Wifi access. They were quick to respond and offered solutions. The room itself was quiet and comfortable, and the property is in a useful location, with a local bus route nearby and only around a 20-minute walk from the station. I think it would work particularly well for a family or a group of friends who could book both rooms together. One thing to be aware of is that there isn’t a lot to do in the immediate area in the evening, so you’ll probably want to head into the centre for restaurants and atmosphere. The remote key access worked OK, although it was a little frustrating that you need internet access on your phone to use it. If you’re relying on mobile roaming, this can mean extra costs or needing to find Wi-Fi first."
