Welcome to this spacious and bright apartment, located on the third floor without an elevator, structured on two levels and just a 5-minute walk from the historic center of Verona and the vibrant nightlife of the university area. Its location is excellently connected by bus and taxi, facilitating travel to the Fair or the historic center for those who prefer to use public transportation.The apartment opens onto a large and cozy living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, and a small terrace, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing at sunset. The dining table with chairs provides a convivial space for meals. A double bedroom with a full bathroom equipped with a shower and a washing machine completes the first level.Going up to the upper floor, you will find another double bedroom with a full bathroom equipped with a bathtub and an additional room with a single bed, offering space and comfort for up to 5 people.The apartment is ideal for a family vacation, a business trip, or a stay among friends, as well as for a couple seeking tranquility and relaxation.To ensure your comfort throughout the year, we adhere to regional ordinances regarding heating and air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay in any season. We also ask you to limit the use of electricity to avoid sudden service interruptions.Choose this spacious apartment for an unforgettable experience in Verona, where comfort, relaxation, and a strategic location come together to give you an unforgettable stay.Please note that in case of use of the fire extinguishers, even if accidental, a reimbursement of 200 euros will be required.
