Gute Lage, wenn man zu Fuß unterwegs sein will Einkaufen und Lebensmittel prima erreichbar Gute Verkehrsverbindungen Betten von bequem bis kaputt: Doppelmatratze mit defekter Feder, eine Einzelmatratze extrem hart Fußböden sehr sauber, Sanitärbereich okay Waschmaschine funktioniert (3,5 kg) Mängel siehe Fotos Straße sehr laut, was das eine Schlafzimmer sehr beeinträchtigt
