If you are there for a day it’s a great choice. The owner has everything well planned managing a self check inn and check out with no problem. The luggage storage was helpful since we left Verona after the check out time, thank you. There’s a supermarket right next door where you can get anything you need, the room does have a kettle and a coffee machine though with some tea, coffee and sugar to keep you going a couple of days. We only stayed 4 nights and the host was tidying around when we got there and came round on the 2nd day too to see if we wanted new towels and more amenities which was nice. Only things I would add for improvement is that the room needs new pillows, they were VERY hard and that made sleeping a little uncomfortable but not horrendously so. They also never sent anything through about paying tourist tax, until I received an email at 7:30am the day we were leaving which I didn’t see as we were already on the plane to go home and they were asking if I wanted to pay cash or transfer, organising this once we’d gone was a little tricky so that could have been better organised in advance by the host and should be noted to those who stay in the future. The room was spotless and had everything for our needs. Bed was comforatble and it was quiet so we had a great nights sleep. Even though its self check-in , we found it very easy and we are technophobes. Antonio sends emails, texts with instructions for everything you need to get to and into Di Moras House. Very close to the arena so if you go to Verona for opera we totally recommend this place as you are home 5 min after show over. Great safe parking for 18 euro per night just under the hotel. Elevator from parking to ground floor and then elevator in building to get to the room as well. Supermarket just outside main entrance. Walking distance to everything in Verona. Rooms were clean and had ac. A bit worn but everything worked as it should and we would absolutely book again another time. Be aware though that you need to use your smart phone to open gate, main doors and room door, so if you are not that familiar with using new apps on your phone, it might be a bit challenging. There is no reception, but you can call owner for help if needed. We never needed to. Other than that, the property is clean and had everything well thought for travelers. The supermarket that’s on the corner is very convenient. Location is good, near the piazza. The only thing is the men that seemed like homeless at the entrance of the property, very scary to go in and out of the property.
