Buona la posizione. Purtroppo la struttura e soprattutto la camera erano fatiscenti. Muri scrostati e macchie di umidità. La proprietaria disponibile e gentile. Basterebbe un po' di manutenzione per rendere accogliente la struttura.

O anfitrião deu um show de simpatia. Explicou os locais interessantes, bons locais para comer, passear. O banheiro um espetáculo com água quente, boa internet e o local muito bonito. Os pontos turísticos fizemos todos a pé, sem necessidade de contratar ninguém. A cidade é um show de bom gosto.

un po' deludente

la camera era arredata con mobilio vecchio e di recupero, molto essenziale. il letto matrimoniale era formato da due brandine accostate. la camera era pulita ma davvero poco accogliente. la posizione invece è molto buona, proprio in centro città. attenzione, dovete parcheggiare fuori nei parcheggi prima di piazza Bra, perchè non c'è parcheggio nelle vicinanze dell'hotel (sono comunque 10 min a piedi, si può fare tranquillamente) il proprietario, sig. Salvatore, è molto cortese e disponibile. va bene come soluzione se volete essere in centro e non fate molto caso al contesto basterebbe poco per renderla un po' più accogliente (buttare via le sedie vecchie, cambiare le luci, rinfrescare le pareti etc)

Great location! Close to everything, but quiet.

Great location. In the old part of the city, near all attractions but quiet. Right next to the river. Nice family running place, cleaned room daily. Nothing fancy but clean and had everything needed. Will stay again.

Ottima location e servizio

Ottima posizione al centro di Verona, stanza super confortevole, pulita e calda. Il proprietario e la moglie sono stati gentilissimi, hanno posticipato il nostro check-in senza problemi a causa del nostro volo in ritardo senza costi extra. Sicuramente ritorneremo.

シンプル・・・

ヴェローナ・オペラを観るため一泊滞在。アリーナからも近く、周辺にはレストラン、バールなども多くて立地は良かった。 宿泊した部屋は、Ｂ＆Ｂというより簡易宿泊所といった感じ。写真の印象とは全く違うものだった。必要な設備は一応揃っているが、細かいところに目が届いていないのが残念。　・メイン照明のスイッチが壊れたまま、・床には髪の毛が何本も、・二人滞在なのにアメニティ類が一人分しか用意されていなかった、・ミニポットとマグカップの横には封が切られた状態のティーバックが１つだけ、等々。　 朝食は朝食券（３ユーロ分くらい）をもらって宿から徒歩５分ほどのバールに行かなければならないが、雰囲気も良く、おいしい店だったので特に問題なし。 宿にあまり期待せず、シャワーが浴びられて寝られればOK、という方には良いのではないだろうか。

Alloggio in centro a Verona

Alloggio facilmente raggiungibile nel centro di Verona, personale cordiale ma la stanza presentava alcuni difetti : cattivo odore simile alla muffa e allo scarico dei servizi, lavandino semi otturato, mancanza di carta igienica, televisione inutilizzabile. Il personale ha rimediato in parte ai difetti segnalati. Scarsa pulizia, ho trovato capelli non miei nel lavandino, nella doccia e nel letto.

Jättedåligt bemötande, boka ej på detta hotell

Mycket dåligt bemötande av detta hotell. Jag har fått bekräftat via bokning hos Hotels.com att jag fått rum på hotellet. Jag får en förnyad bekräftelse fyra dagar innan vi ska anlända att rum finns och att vi är välkomna. Klockan nio samma morgon som vi ska anlända till hotellet får jag ett mail där hotellägaren frågar om vi vill ha dubbelbädd eller separata sängar och när vi anländer. Jag svarar dubbelbädd och att vi anländer kl tre på eftermiddagen. Jag ringer också då jag är osäker på mailet kom fram, pratar med ägaren som bekräftar mailet och önskar oss välkomna. Då är klockan cirka tolv. Klockan ett får jag ett mail som säger att de är överbokade och han hänvisar oss till ett närliggande hotell. Vi ska först gå till Alloggio och där betala vad rummet ursprungligen skulle kosta. Sedan ska de visa oss till det nya hotellet. Vi anländer, ingen ursäkt ges till oss. Tar betalt och sonen till ägaren visar oss till det nya hotellet. Vi frågar där när frukosten serveras och får svar mellan 8 till 10. Dagen efter när vi ska äta frukost så meddelar det nya hotellet, hotel Cavour, att vi inte ska äta frukost hos dem, vi ska gå till ytterligare ett hotell, Hotel Trocole. Vi går dit och får veta att vi ska betala 12,90 Euro per person för frukost. Ägarinnan är tydligen mamma till ägaren för Alloggio le Casette, och prutar frukosten till 10 euro per person då vi tycker att nu är det nog med strul. Oerhört dåligt bemötande hela vägen. Boka inte på Alloggio le Casette, de är kass.

Mini bathhouse

Staff was extremely helpful and always fast to respond. Hotel was close to popular sights. It isn’t a traditional style hotel, though. The family lives upstairs and you rent a room from them with a private bath down stairs. The main issue we had was with the bathroom. The bathtub is extremely tiny, can’t even lay in it or extend your legs out while sitting. And there was no hot water. We had to boil pots of water and use a cup to bathe. Overall good central location but a bad choice longer visits.

Ottimo weekend a Verona

Esperienza piacevolissima. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Posizione centralissima a due passi dall'arena. Camera matrimoniale confortevole e molto spaziosa. Ottimo soggiorno. Io e il mio compagno ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consiglio a tutti, sia per chi vuole stare a Verona per molto tempo o solo per un weekend :-)
