"We were looked after by the lovely Martina, who allowed us to check in early to drop off our bags and very kindly upgraded our room to have a balcony! The rooms and amenities were perfect, we were sad we were only staying overnight! It’s in the perfectly location right in the heart of the Verona, everything we needed was a 5-20 minute walk away depending which side of the river were we’re going to. We would absolutely recommend to anyone."

"We loved our stay at this perfect hotel! Located in the middle of EVERYTHING, walking distance to great sights and restaurants, super nice staff who treated us like family. And talk about a Breakfast! It was wonderful, so many choices, but most importantly staff that seriously want to give great service. Please thank them for their welcoming kindness. The room was perfect, simple elegance. And I have read complaints about the small shower. Well, the bathroom is roomy, it has wonderful light, and yes the shower is "Italian small", but it was fine with great water pressure. This hotel right next to the Arena is a jewel. We could not have asked for more!"
