"Room was ok. Pool was really nice. You have to eat breakfast there. You arent allowed to bring bfast to your room. I didnt like that. Also nit allowed to fill your own coffee cup. You have to use the small styro cups. Coffee was offered in the lobby but wasnt hot. "

"Make sure you know the rules about their system for LATE ARRIVALS -- if you do not let them know and get them to confirm with you that they have noted it in the system that you will arrive later than when their system "UPDATES" you will marked as "NO SHOW" and will have to rebook a room and PAY AGAIN - then go through the inconvenience or recovering your initial booking cost. They don't have a way to comp a room when you arrive after the time their system "update" which seems surprising since you would just give a vacant room to a customer who already paid and note it for what it was. Instead, you'll have to go about it yourself and wait weeks to get it resolved. Definitely CALL and get a name and CONFIRMATION - or better yet, don't book here if you're not going to be there before midnight."

"This hotel was inline with what a holiday inn express should be. Joanna was awesome at the front desk in addressing our needs. Breakfast included diced potatoes 😊. Late checkout really helped us out thank you!"

"A big thing for me is Pet Friendly and not having to pay. Some places say pet friendly but still charge....Not cool!!!! The staff was wonderful, beds and pillows very comfortable, nice towels....all and all a very nice and reasonable hotel!!"

"When you book a room through a discount travel site, the hotel has certain rooms reserved only for those guests. We have all experienced this. A situation developed when we entered the room assigned to us from the hotel. The room smelled overwhelmingly like mold and cleaning fluid and large chipping paint in the bathroom ceiling. When I went to the front desk and explained the situation and asked to move to another room, at first they did not want to give me another room but when another staffer explained they were other rooms in our "Sales category" we were able to move. The next room was fine. The issue here is the hotel staff new the first room we were in had that odor and chose to still put us in it. I then said so you knew they had an issue but you still put people in it because of the sales category. Interestingly, I counted only eleven vehicles in the parking lot that night. Which meant that over 80% of the hotel unoccupied. "
