Cons: This home is dated, built in the 1950's, with an addition added on. It has a smell to it, like someone smoked in it for many years, and it was covered up in paint. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke, so I left FL with a sinus infection. The AC struggled to keep up with the heat, but it was 97 degrees outside.
The Pros: This house has lots of comfortable beds, nice beach towels, and everything in the kitchen you need to cook with. We were not having to search for an item, or run to the store to be able to open a can. We appreciated the gas grill in the fenced in back patio area actually had propane so we could use it. It has an outdoor shower for when you get back from the beach, and is SO close to the beach. The beach was is gorgeous and has staffed lifeguards. It is close, about a 3 minute drive, to a cute little strip of stores to shop at and local restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.
