Welcome to Paradise! Short walk to the beach in this spacious 3 bedrooms 2 full bath home that can accommodate 8 guests a rarity here on Nettles Island. This beach house has an open floor plan, large living/dining room, vaulted ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, screened in sunroom and plenty of parking. Nettles Island has so many fun things to do, 2 heated swimming pools, hot tub, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, bocce, shuffle board, miniature golf, horseshoes, boat ramp, Large club house, cafe, pool table, gym, library, church services, onsite grocery store, salon, boutique, boat and paddle board rentals. Best of all you're pets are welcome. Dogs must be leashed at all times while on property. Walton Rock is an off leash beach 5 miles North A1A. This beach house is perfect for snow birds that would like the opportunity to invite friends and family during their stay or just enjoy a little more elbow room.
