Nasty

Pros: Proximity to Dick Bird South Park besides that there wasn't much more to like.
Cons: Room smelled musty, hand towel was visibly dirty, tub was not clean. As I checked in, a customer called the front desk to complain about their AC not working, and they were told that no maintenance personal was on the property that they would get to it in the morning.

Pros: Visited prior to this visit and it wasn't bad.
Cons: Wasn't Clean
Staff was friendly and helpful, but the room was a disaster. First room - the locks didn't work so we couldn't get in. Then got put into a different room that looked like the bathroom hasn't been cleaned - shower curtain all mildew, tub dirty, toilet dirty. Just a disaster.

The lights didn't work, the coffee machine didn't work, the hair dryer didn't work. It was dirty. There were cigarette butts and wrappers all over the ground outside the door. The staff was very pleasant but they smoked cigarettes outside the main door and never could get the manager to show up when I requested to speak to him/her.

We love Quality inn hotels in Diferent places but this one in Vero beach is not even close in the room roaches every were we can't even make coffe at the room because when we open the coffe maker they coming out of the machine was disgusting

Pros: Nice pool
Cons: Hard to find their sign from the street, went right on by.
Location: Chillis restaurant in front.
Arrived at 4 and was told to come back at 5, couldn't use the computer. The person at the desk was a maintenance employee.

O hoteis.com não efetivou minha reserva !!!!!!!!!!

Fiquei profundamente desapontado com o hoteis.com pois ao chegar no hotel, após longa viagem aérea e terrestre, a minha reserva não foi confirmada pelo site. Segundo o atendimento do hotel, este é um problema recorrente com o site hoteis.com, o que não ocorre com os demais sites de reservas. Os números telefônicos que deixam para acessar o site não podem ser acessados ligando dos EUA, e fiquei totalmente sem suporte. Após umas duas horas com minha família estressada e cansada esperando, conseguimos vaga para um dia apenas, o que nos obrigou a adiantar nosso check-in em nossa próxima parada, onde, por não ser pelo hoteis.com, consegui fazê-lo, porém perdi dois dias de programação em Vero Beach. Minha "sorte" foi que a atração principal do show aereo que ocorreu na cidade foi cancelada, abrindo vagas nos hoteis, senão teria que dormir na rua por causa do hoteis.com. Estou profundamente decepcionado com os serviços do hoteis.com

Mold and bed bugs

Room smelled terribly of mold and mildew. Stains on sheets and bedspread. Woke up with bed bug bites. Please avoid this hotel, there are better ones in this price range.
