You are renting an entire apartment. Nothing is shared. This is a Condo-tel so it`s similar to a Hotel environment. There may be a possibility of noise even though Quiet time starts at 10pm
I work at the property and live close by. Please let me know immediately if anything is unsatisfactory so we have the opportunity to correct it immediately. Please do not wait to speak up after your trip is over.
There are TONS of activities in and around Vernon, you just need to find them!. Please have a car and a phone and you`ll be all set!
This is a Rural area and a car is highly recommended. There is Uber, taxis but they may be limited. There is a Shuttle bus that travels the immediate area during Ski Season only
- Quiet time is 10pm
- Only 1 car is allowed on the property at a time. Additional cars may be parked across the street at no extra charge
-No pets allowed in the building.
-No Emotional Support Animals allowed in the building
-Only ADA Certified Service Animals are allowed. Service animals never leave a guest`s side and is never left alone in a Unit while the owner is not there. If staff find a dog barking in your unit, you will be fined $300 through the Airbnb Resolution Center.
- No smoking or Vaping inside the unit including Marijuana. There will be a $300-$500 cleaning fee charged for smoking in the room
- Tampering with the building smoke alarms is a Federal offense and must never be done.
