Staff went above and beyond! We received room upgrade due to confusion upon arrival via taxi area/parking lot--weather was super hot and mixed up and stressful arrival due to language barrier/misunderstanding. The staff was very kind and helpful. Also, after check out I had left a very important document in the safe and staff eased my anxiety --going above and beyond again and even walked me very quickly back to the parking lot to meet taxi who was waiting as I was catching a train and crazy time constraints and navigating the alleys and directions while under stress was overwhelming--again staff was AMAZING!!!Such a great stay and the pizza around the corner rec was spot on! Loved our stay!

"My room was great and the staff were lovely. Vibe is great also at the hotel. The pool was super crowded and hard to find a place to sit. Furniture a little dirty and the pool had lots of hair and stuff floating in it - not the best. But the vibe was great and super fun and the rest of the hotel ..."
