It has one double bed, a small extra fold out bed, kitchenette and bathroom and a spectacular balcony with sea view. It has an outside private terrace garden where you can sit and read or bask in the sun. The balcony is directly accessible from the apartment, whereas the garden is outside and below the building. It is very close to the center of town, with cafés and restaurants, and on the way to the beautiful Marina of Corniglia. One of the best rocky beaches of Cinque Terre, with plenty of flat rocks to sunbathe and easy access for swimming. The marina has a freshwater shower. The studio is of very easy reach from the center of town, cafès and restaurants, grocery stores, and the train station. Most people visit Cinque Terre by train. No village allows cars in town (they can't get in stairs in gangways!). The studio is at 8 minutes walk from the safe public parking, which costs 15 euro/day or 50/week. Fabio is a very good host, communicative and with lots of tips about the local area. The apartment itself has lots of character, simple but with pretty much everything you need, and grocery/pharmacy/etc nearby for anything you have forgotten. The absolute star point is the balcony overlooking the sea, we spent every morning and night here admiring the views. If you want a place with a a great view, and a great host, and the essentials for a relaxing visit, then I would highly recommend this property. The view was amazing, and that is probably an understatement. Because of the time of the year we went, it was cool and the rains were intermittent during our stay, but that didn't keep us from opening the door to look outside. The place has everything you need for a good relaxing trip. He provided a lot of helpful tips on where to go and how to get there which we used. He also provided alot of background info about the area which was very nice to know. The apartment itself is small but just fine for two people for a few days. It had everything we needed for eating breakfast in the apartment. Cooking full meals might be a bit more challenging, but doable. The view from the window was amazing, we watched the sunset from there which was a nice perk. The apartment and actual village were very quiet at night. Checking in and out were simple and the place was very clean when we arrived. The village of Cornniglia is properly the quietest with the least amount of amenities, which we liked. A few of the other villages in Cinque Terra were quit busy and crowded, especially during the day. The only issue was that the patio area had not been used for quite sometime (or appeared not to have been) and the grass was overrun, etc so we didn't use it. Not a big deal for us. We will stay at Fabio's place in Cornniglia next time round. ##### Jeff A. It started with great communication with Fabio. Very clear instructions from how to find their place to suggestions on various hikes. Included is a great little kitchen space with all that you need for preparing meals if you want. There’s room to move around for two people comfortably. The bed was comfortable and you feel very little movement from your partner. The tap water in all of Italy is drinkable so that was convenient as you need a lot of it! Corniglia is a great village to stay in, especially in the evening to get away from the crowds. At Fabio’s you have your own little garden to relax in and soak up the view and the sunsets. We really loved it here and Fabio’s set up is easy and comfortable! I’d highly recommend it!!!
