This is the absolutely perfect location if you want to stay in the waterfront. The hotel is well kept and the rooms are updated, spacious and comfortable. Service was a bit uneven—like when we asked at checkin for a room away from the elevator, and we were given a room that was the very closest to the elevator.

We stayed at the property due to its close proximity to a wedding we were attending. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. The thing that brought down our experience were the ants in our room. They were crawling on the bed and our clothing which was unsettling. While the staff tried to remedy it through cleaning, you’d still wake up with them in the bed.

"Just amazing ! Clean as new. Perfect location and helpful staff throughout the stay. Couldn’t fault the place at all except lack of TV but that didn’t bother us as we had so much to see. Quiet and peaceful at night and air con in main room. Parking plentiful. A must stay if you are in Hermanus"
