A short walk out the front door across the street to a Lake Erie overlook for gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Had a couple of small hiccups early in my stay and Gil was very responsive. I found Gil’s place and reached out to him as my parents both have problems with mobility. Gil answered my inquiry right away and told me about specifics of the home - how many stairs, ADA compliant toilet seat height, walk in shower, etc. He was beyond helpful. He made sure that the AC was on for them when they arrived and even left a bottle of wine for them to enjoy. He contacted me the next day to see if it was ok if he went over to mow as his landscaper bailed the day before. He wanted to make sure he didn’t disturb my parents. Gil made sure that their stay was comfortable and that gave me huge peace of mind. My parents loved the location - they enjoyed the backyard deck and frequented Vermilion’s little downtown area.
