Verdon, a small village in the Marne in the Champagne region on the borders of the Seine et Marne near Epernay and Reims, bathes in a green setting, its river La Verdonnelle as well as its twelfth century church inspires calm and absolute relaxation.

You will be seduced by the three cottages made up of two buildings from different periods with a total capacity of 18 people or the possibility of booking an individual cottage.

The gîte "La Caudalie" is a long half-timbered briarde redressed around 1920.

This large building of great comfort has an area of 150 m2 of living space,

You will have at your disposal on the ground floor, a large fitted kitchen, a large living room with fireplace and stained glass windows as well as moulded bases, a bathroom equipped with a bath and toilet, as well as a games room (billiards).

The outdoor part offers a terrace as well as a garden equipped for the dining area with barbecue and garden furniture.

On the ground floor of this one you will discover three bedrooms that can accommodate a total of 8 people as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet.

At the end of this briarde is the cottage "Le Champêtre" with a surface area of 45 m2 with its stone façade.

In a cocooning spirit you enter a kitchen area equipped to simmer your small dishes, a beautiful bathroom with shower and toilet, a living-dining room with television, DVD player, a bedroom area that can accommodate 4 people warmly decorated and its period beams, its private garden with barbecue and garden furniture to enjoy the sun.

A second, older building "Le Pèlerin" dates from the fifteenth century and faces the twelfth century church with a capacity of 6 people.

It has a total area of 90 m2 with, on the ground floor, a large kitchen-dining room with its wood stove, its historic beams, its stone walls and the floor in real terracotta tiles, a lounge area to relax while leafing through a book, watching television/DVD or playing the games console, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet.

Upstairs by two separate staircases you will access two bedrooms, one for two people in a romantic atmosphere, the other for four people in an authentic setting.

You will appreciate the view of the church dating from the twelfth century. (So don't panic with a fanfare awakening)!!!

You will also have a washing machine and a dryer in a laundry room shared by the three cottages.

During your stay you will enjoy a large communal garden of 3000 m2 planted with trees in addition to your private spaces where will be available, a petanque court, a ping-pong table, volleyball and badminton games for children.

(Outdoor equipment and recreation are not available during the winter)

10 minutes away you will find all amenities (carrefour market, Lidl, Leclerc ....) as well as restaurants (le 5.1/ Le grand condé/La convivial/ Pizza Roma ..., pharmacies, hairdresser, bar...
