Above Verceia, in the hamlet Sceglio 2 km from the centre of Verceia, 25 km from the centre of Chiavenna, 80 km from the centre of Como, in an elevated position on a slope, 2 km from the lake. Private: property 200 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden to relax. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Storeroom available. 2 km long narrow motor access to the house. 50 m footpath to the house. Parking at the house at 50 m. Grocery 2 km, bar 2 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop 1.8 km, railway station 4 km, pebble beach "Verceia" 2 km (small). Cycle lane 2 km. Nearby attractions: Chiesa SS Gioacchino e Anna, Tempietto di San Fedelino, LIDO Beach - Novate Mezzola. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Madesimo, Livigno. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lake Como. Hiking paths: Sentiero Tracciolino, Alpe Bassetta. Please note: car recommended. Not suitable for small children.

Tolles Haus mit schönem Garten

Es war ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt in einem schönen Haus mit tollem Ausblick auf die Landschaft mit dem See. Auch der eingezäunte Garten war für uns und unseren Hund sehr schön zum entspannen.

Perfekt zum Entspannen

Ein schönes Ferienhaus, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Vom Garten aus hat man einen traumhaften Blick über den Lago di Mezzola und auf die Berge. Sehr ruhige Gegend oberhalb des Ortes. Die Familie, welche das Haus vermietet, ist sehr freundlich.

Eine herrliche und erholsame Woche erlebten wir in dieser Fewo. Schon der herzliche und warme Empfang der Vermieter waren unvergesslich. Atemberaubender Blick von oben auf den See und die Berge und die Ruhe haben wir sehr genossen. Die schmale Serpentinen hoch zum Haus sind für geübte Autofahrer kein Problem. Das Haus war auch sehr sauber. Nochmals besten Dank für das kleine medizinische Problem, was total unbürokratisch und schnell gelöst wurde.

volle Punktzahl, toller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Urlaub. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung wunderbar für Spaziergänge/Wanderungen. Der Lago di Mezzola ist entspannter wie der Comer See aber ebenso pittoresk. Die Vermieter besitzen übrigens eine Familien Bäckerei/Konditorei die wir ebenfalls sehr empfehlen können.
