Wer es mag mit einem feinen Kamin, oder doch lieber bequemer mit Pelletofen, beides ist möglich. Die Sicht vom Hang zum See und der umliegenden Bergwelt ist schön, hierfür muss man allerdings eine Passstraße bewältigen. Die Erreichbarkeit der Eigentümer ist freundlich, gut und zuvorkommend ;-) Cons: Die Bilder, bezüglich der Außenaufnahme, täuschen ein wenig. Das Haus befindet sich nicht in einer Alleinlage. Es ist quasi eine kleine Doppelhaushälfte, in direkter Umgebung von weiteren Häuser in einem Weiler.
