Disgusting hotel ever

It was absolutely terrible the hotel is disgusting I found the hotels towels stain and bed sheets were with blood I went downstairs to get clean towels the receptionist lady told me that they didn’t have more towels that the only thing she can was change the sheets. Pool is green all the property is nasty we had to spend the night there because it was a music even call Veracruz Salsa festival so all the hotels were sold out we didn’t have any other choice but it was the most horrible experience they my family had suffer in a hotel

Me gustó el lugar, sin embargo no hay música, no hay muchas mesas, si quisieras llegar y estar cerca de la alberca no hay forma de si está ocupada la única mesa. Un personal que me tocó en las tardes muy amable, sin embargo un señor y una chica que me recibieron muy mal encarados y no flexibles.

Híjole, no recomiendo para nada el hotel. Está plagado de cucarachas gigantes, el aire acondicionado no funciona, las instalaciones son muy muy antiguas, no le dan mantenimiento. Y muy costoso para tan las instalaciones. Lo siento mucho 😔 pero en verdad no lo recomiedo para nada 😕

Un ambiente familiar, aunque el estado del el hotel está un poco desgastado (pintura, canceles, ventanas, etc,) el servicio es muy amable; las camas no son las más cómodas, pero si están limpias, tanto las toallas como los cuartos huelen a lavado. Las habitaciones tienen clima, tele y un baño amplio. La alberca es grande y tiene espacio para niños pequeños, en general está aceptable el hotel; pero el precio si está un poco elevado para el estado de las instalaciones.
