Habitación amueblada, cuenta con todos los servicios, a partir del 29 de octubre del 2023 nueva cama MATRIMONIAL , agua caliente, aire acondicionado, Internet inalámbrico, entrada independiente, televisión.  
El espacio  
La habitación se encuentra en el segundo piso, pero cuenta con una entrada totalmente independiente  
Servicios y zonas comunes  
Existe mucha facilidad de movimiento en el área, en la esquina pasa un autobús que llega al centro de la ciudad y caminando a 10 minutos se llegan a dos vialidades muy importantes donde pasan muchas líneas de autobuses y/o Taxis, NO contamos con estacionamiento pero la calle es muy segura.  
Durante tu estancia  
Normalmente hay siempre alguien que pueda ayudarlos en caso de requerirlo  
Otros aspectos destacables  
Estamos en una zona muy bien ubicada, 10 minutos del aeropuerto, 10 minutos de la central de autobuses, a 20 minutos de la zona de centros comerciales de Boca del Río, y como a 15 minutos del centro de la cd. de Veracruz.
