This attic, with a maximum capacity of 4 adults + 1 child, has 2 bedrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 complete bathroom with shower, and 1 living-dining room with a single sofa bed and access to a balcony with stairs leading to the solarium terrace, ideal for outdoor enjoyment.  
  
In the Torrelaguna textile complex, about 450 metres from Las Marinas-Bolaga beach, with communal swimming pool + children's pool and landscaped areas, and close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets.  
  
Enjoy this attic in Vera Playa and visit nearby towns like Garrucha, Mojácar and Villaricos. The Cabo de Gata-Níjar natural park and Mini Hollywood theme park are less than 1 hour by car.
