Gardener, pool attendant, fachineira. Cook to negotiate. This house was purchased by my family and has been in family use for 5 years. The whole house was painted this year and the pool is new. This house is an excellent place for a family vacation in Brazil. 50% of our neighbors are Europeans from Portugal, Spain and U. K .. We have a small landing airport just 400 meters from the house with a good fugitive for private jets. We have full service on request, so we have permanent staff to bring in rooms, clothes and a private chef, specializing in Brazilian food. This condo as a private beach and our neighbors is Club Meditteran.
