SALT is a warm, inviting space, well suited for up to two adult couples looking for pure rest and recreation. SALT offers a one bedroom Deluxe Villa located on a sealed road, and an easy 600m stroll to the Venus Bay cafe, bar and shops, and only 800m to the Beach. \========= Children under 10 are not allowed. Pets may be allowed in some cases - please ask. \========= The Villa offers barefoot luxury at its best. Smart and classy, with everything at your fingertips, makes for carefree holiday living. \- A superbly appointed and well stocked cook's kitchen \- Spacious bathroom and walk in shower. \- seperate laundry and guests toilet. \- Indoor/Outdoor terrace lounge. \- Swim Spa \- Luggage and Supplies Elevator (accompanied use only). Heat Recovery Ventilation... there is no need to open windows to bring in fresh air as air is continuously replaced. Aa fresh coastal air is drawn into the house, it is warmed by the stale air leaving the building. No smells, no humidity build up and always warm. And fresh air makes it COVID 19 friendly. Smart lighting - Voice control, motion sensing and wireless switches are used throughout. Lazy days were spent watching Netflix, enjoying birds bathing in the peaceful garden, and relaxing on the deck or in the spa. The location was perfect, with the beach just a short walk away, plus a restaurant nearby. During the Christmas holiday period local markets were frequent, offering plenty of festive shopping. The property is beautifully nestled a short stroll from Beach 2 and has everything on offer to create a tranquil stay including a stunning spa pool with gorgeous views….The property is crystal clean and environmentally inspirational. We loved watching movies at night using the projector and the design of the home was perfect for all weather conditions and ways of living/relaxing. We were greeted with such warmth and hospitality and couldn’t have asked for anything more or have had it presented in any other way.
