nice place, great location

The place was very nice and comfortable. We appreciated being able to walk downtown. Communication was a bit challenging (not confirming a number of details, such as check-in process, WiFi, reservation confirmation), but the owner was ultimately very responsive. We'd stay here again and recommend it.
