Check in was very crowded and the kiosk was not working correctly. The poor woman at the counter was trying SO HARD to make everyone happy. I felt terrible for her. She really gave good customer service. (9pm Sat.10/10. I didn't get her name) Room was clean, bed was fine, shower was hot. Great price.

Great location, especially for Ventura Harbor. Right off the 101 and next to Oxnard and lots of shopping. Room was very quiet and clean. Staff was very friendly and polite. Definitely would stay there again.

The room was very clean, although simple. Biggest problem is I think the building has thin walls. I had to move to another room the first night I was there because of noisy people in the room next-door. The front desk was very agreeable to letting me switch rooms. Room I was moved to was perfectly quiet although it smelled a little like tobacco or pot which I got used to pretty quickly. It’s pretty inexpensive so I guess you get what you pay for.

Stay was good, it was safe and quiet even though we were very close to the freeway, staff was friendly and helpful. We had to bring our little dog and there was a little dog park which was nice. Room was clean and comfortable for our 2 day stay. Location was great, just a few minute drive for food and grocery stores. Everything you could need in the area

First off, the parking was bad, not enough space for guests. Second, when checking in I had to speak to a man on a screen. Third, I couldn't understand him his accent was so strong. The room to me was so small like a cracker box. I felt like I was a hooker there for a one night stand going to do the nasty on a hard bed.I had a hard time opening the door to the room as well.No personal service. The room was clean, no large towels to use after the shower or pool. I think if I had brought my dogs they would of been disappointed to.

Convenient location; staff was very helpful. I did see one cockroach near the bed and the door did not seal properly, but for one night and the super reasonable price, I didn't mind that much. Everything else was clean and par for the course for a budget motel.
