The location was excellent, less than 10 minutes from local beaches, close to many stores, malls and restaurants of various choices. A 5 minute drive to enter the freeway and a quiet family neighborhood. Very convenient location to beaches and downtown with lots of great restaurants nearby. Weather was cold and perfect for windows open at night. Most houses along coast don’t have AC, including this one so something to consider if you are used to having AC. It was not a problem for our stay as the evenings got down to mid 60s.
