Retreat to the master bedroom which features a king-sized bed, while the the two guest bedrooms offer flexibility with two twin beds each, one of which can easily be converted into a king-sized bed, accommodating various sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. THINGS TO KNOW: \-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial booking request \-Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party \-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater \-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees of $500/month (prorated where applicable) apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking \-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented at a variable-option cleaning rate \-This home offers driveway parking (2 spaces) \-This home is located a short ferry away from the Channel Islands National Park. \-Outdoor shower does not have hot water. \-Please note the pet fee in your booking is 'per pet'.
