Wifi, Flat Screen 55 Inch TV in the living room, Smart Tvs in bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen, and is supplied with linens, bath and beach towels, filtered drinking water. Plus, a spacious private driveway right in the entrance of the home, and has a state-of-the-art washer and dryer.

The Marina Park, shops, Starbucks, In-N-Out and Vons Grocery Store are also within a short driving distance. A short drive will take you to Ventura Pier or to Ventura Harbor Village where you can enjoy Channel Island boat excursions, whale watching cruises, deep sea fishing and kayak/boat rentals. In the summer months, drive or bike to Downtown for more shops, restaurants, movie theaters and historical sights.

The house is as very beautiful, we were so sad to leave. The host was very nice and checked up on us more than once. It was just so cozy and fun the game room was the best it was just a 10 out of 10.

The property was better than presented on the web site and was well located to serve my needs. the family enjoyed the game room and walks in the neighborhood were me with friendly people. The host was very attentive and responsive. I highly recommend this property.

The house is beautiful with a great layout for people to gather. Comfortably slept our five adults and two kids. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Ample parking. The listing shows a hot tub but there was not. Highly recommend. Our family would stay there again.

Cleanest VRBO we have ever visited. Newly redecorated/remodeled. Quite comfortable. The kitchen is minimally stocked, so if you prefer to cook, bring all supplies. We preferred to try some of the local restaurants. 2 sibling couples spending a bit of time in the California coastal region.

We stayed for the weekend and had a great time. There were eight of us, four adults and four kids. They all enjoyed the game room. The house was neat and clean. The house looks to have been recently updated and remodeled. it wasn't that far from the beach and there was a park nearby. The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe. Highly recommended..
