For sleeping arrangements, enjoy two king suites provide privacy and comfort, while the third bedroom features a bunk bed, full, and twin bed — plenty of space for everyone. The downstairs master has a large jetted tub for a relaxing soak after a day on the sand.  
  
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, WiFi, multiple TVs, heating, electric fireplaces, beach towels, linens, and hair dryer — everything you need for a comfortable stay. Step outside to the patio for a BBQ or just lounge in a chair while listening to the ocean.  
  
Pierpoint Beach is right outside your door, with restaurants, bars, surf rentals, and a grocery store all within walking distance. This home delivers the ultimate beach experience at a price that won’t break the bank.  
  
Things To Know:   
\-Located directly on Pierpoint Beach and walking distance to local restaurants and bars.  
\-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party  
\-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater  
\-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees may apply at the rate of $500.00 per Month, and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking  
\-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking  
\-When booking for 30+ nights, and if your stay includes 1 or more pets, a non-refundable pet fee of $155 per pet per month will be required to be paid on top of your initial booking value.  
\-If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total.
