SUN PERCH VILLAS are located on beautiful False River which is a 10.5-mile oxbow lake located in southeastern Louisiana. We are 30 minutes from Baton Rouge and less than an hour from Lafayette. False River is great for fishing (having often held the state record for the largest bass caught) and other water sports including boating, sailing, swimming and water skiing.
