I absolutely loved the La Terrazza di Vico Olivi B&B! My room was a little apartment with everything that I needed. The B&B was centrally located to everything, and Allamen(?), the young man that took care of me, was a sweetie. Breakfast was delicious, and on-time every morning. The Old Town surrounding the B&B is charming. I would highly recommend. My only warning would be if you have problems navigating stairs, this may be a no-go. There are pretty steep stairs going up to the breakfast area. A One bedroom apartment cunningly spread over 5 floors, with such amenities as a quaint display of empty cologne bottles in the bathroom, no soaps, and a bedroom that i suspect was a retired pizza oven. If you do visit ventimiglia, (and the old town on top of the hill is a charming place, even if it is a bit unkempt) then it helps to know of the public elevator in the tunnel between the town and the port... this saves some distressing hill-climbing. It would also have helped if they hadnt tried to collect again the room tariff, which we had already paid via expedia. Bra bekväm säng. AC finns. Bra storlek på badrummet. Atmosfären i rummet. Rent i rummet och badrummet. Läget i gamla stan. Dåligt: Svårt att hitta dit. Alla trappor, speciellt de sista till takterassen, de är livsfarliga. Men det allra sämsta är den så kallade frukosten och killen som skötte den. Inte en endaste gång ett leende eller god morgon. Två matskedar yoghurt serveras i ett fint glas, tillräckligt? Allt kom sakta till bordet och i fel ordning fast det fanns bara 3 bord att servera. La propreté du studio n’était pas au rendez-vous. Avec le même linge de lit que les précédents loueur. Une bouteille entamée dans le frigo, la poussière qui date dans les placards, moisissure sur les murs et surtout l’accès au balcon très dangereux car les marches sont enlevées. J’ai faillis tombé. Dommage car nous avons été très bien reçu par le propriétaire et nous a même proposé un de ses garages en location. Bo her om du skal til Ventimiglia! Selvom stedet er lite og sjarmerende er hver lille detalj nøye gjennomtenkt, og hvert hjørne er skinnende rent til å være i et så gammelt bygg. Fantastisk koselig frokost på taket og fine oppholdsrom. Senga var god, servicen var fin og beliggenheten perfekt! Rolig gate med gode restauranter i nærheten. Utrolig fin utsikt over Ventimiglia, velfungerende air condition.
