Nice self catering flat near waterbus

(a) the flat was no where near the place indicated on the expedia map!! in fact 30 minutes away by boat - more than that on foot. (b) it was at the top of a 51 step marble staircase That aside, it was clean and spacious as shown in their photographs, convenient for the waterbuses, shops and a supermarket 5 minutes walk away, with no bridges to climb with cases. Hint - the easiest way round Venice is by waterbus and the cheapest way is to get a 1 / 2 / 3 / 7 day pass as it costs 7.50 Euros per journey otherwise

Consta na compra haver ar condicionado e o que existe são dois ventiladores verticais e um deles mal funcionava. Local com mosquitos, se deixar a janela aberta à tarde torna-se insustentável de se dormir, no verão o local é quente. Nos demais itens, tamanho, limpeza, localização atenderam bem ao esperado.

terrible aprtment, Made trip to Italy a nightmare

나는 호텔예약시 설명되어 있는 사항에 따라 호스트의 연락처로 72시간전에 연락을 하였고, 나의 현지 연락처를 호스트에게 알려주고 체크인사항등을 확인하였습니다. 그들은 연락주어서 고맙고 아무문제 없으니 오면 된다고만 했어요 체크인 하루전날 호스트의 여자직원으로 부터 문자메세지가 왔고, 어떤방법으로 도착하는지 물어와서 나는 직접 그 직원에게 통화를 하여 대략적인 도착시간을 알려주었습니다. 우리는 베니스에 도착하여 주차를 하고, 예약한 주소지를 찾아가기 위해 바포레토를 구매하여 수상버스를 타고 주소지를 찾아갔지만, 그곳은 엉뚱한 곳이었고, 연락을 받았던 여자 직원에게 다시 전화하여 아파트를 찾을수 없는데 정확한 곳을 알려달라고 했는데, 내가 있는 현재위치를 알려달라고 해서 구글맵에 나와있는 주소를 말해주었더니, 그곳에 왜 가 있는거냐고 나에게 황당하다는듯이 말하더군요, 그래서 호텔예약으로 내가 전달받은 주소지 외에 알고 있는 정보는 없다고 했더니, 주차장근처로 다시 와야 한다는 거였습니다. 베니스는 때마침 억수같이 비가 내리고 있었고, 우리는 캐리어와 많은 짐들을 들고서 수많은 계단과 인파속을 비를 맞으며 다시 주차장으로 돌아갔고, 여자 직원이 말한 주소지에서 우편함속에 들어있는 아파트의 열쇠를 직접 꺼내었습니다. 여직원은 그곳 주소만을 알려주었을뿐, 열쇠를 가지고 주소지의 현관출입문을 열려고 여러번 시도하였지만 문이 열리지 않아 호스트에게 비상전화를 걸었는데, 자신은 현재 베니스에 없고 도와 줄수가 없다며 계속 시도해 보라는 말만 되풀이 하였습니다. 아무리 시도해도 문이 열리지 않아 다시 호스트에게 전화하였는데, 호스트는 귀찮은듯이 배터리가 없다며 전화를 끊어 버렸습니다. 이미 비에 흠뻑 젖은 나와 와이프는 짐들과 온몸이 젖은채로 여직원에게 다시 전화를 시도했지만 계속하여 전화는 연결되지 않았습니다. 수십차례시도 끝에 겨우 연결된 여직원의 말은 아파트먼트의 주소지는 다시 수상버스를 타고 들어가야 한다는거였습니다. 게다가 예약시 받은 주소지와도 다른 곳이었습니다. 몇번이나 정확한 주소를 다시 알려달라고 하고, 현지인들에게 물어 물어서 겨우 아파트를 찾았지만 이미 4시간이나 길에서 비를 맞고 다닌 후였습니다. 어떻게 그렇게 중요한 정보를 게스트에게 미리 전달하지 않았으며, 현지에 도착한 초행길의 외국인인 게스트가 다급히 전화하였음에도 어떻게든 도울생각을 하지 않고 귀찮아하고 외면할수 있는 걸까요? 호텔스닷컴으로 문제제기를 하고있지만 호스트는 계속하여 거짓말을 만들어 내며 처음에는 내가 연락을 받지 않았다고 했고, 두번째는 내게 중요한 정보를 모두 전달했다고 거짓말을 하였습니다. 이런 호스트가 숙박업을 하는게 바람직한 일일까요? 이탈리아는 악몽으로 남게 되었습니다. 와이프는 감기로인해 고열에 시달렸고 우리는 아무것도 할수 없었습니다. 이런 악질 호스트는 선량한 게스트들이 외면해야 한다고 생각합니다. 부디 저와 같은 일을 겪지 않길 바라면서 후기를 남깁니다.
