The apartment is located on the ground floor and overlooks a lush green park. It has a private entrance in a small building and features a private outdoor area with free fenced parking and a patio equipped with a table and chairs — perfect for relaxing moments in the open air. The apartment includes two spacious double bedrooms, one with warm walnut tones and the other in light ash wood. Each room is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables, and a mirror. The bathroom is bright thanks to its light finishes and a window that lets in natural light. It features a large shower, toilet, bidet, vanity unit with sink, and plenty of space to store toiletries and beauty cases. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishes, and all necessary cookware to prepare meals at home. It also includes a corner with a Smart TV, allowing guests to connect to their own streaming accounts such as Netflix, Disney+, or Amazon Prime. Upon arrival, guests will find the apartment clean and sanitized, complete with bed linens, three towels per person (large, medium, small), shower gel, soaps, slippers, and a welcome kit. At departure, guests are not required to clean the apartment, as it will be taken care of by our staff.
