Fully renovated apartment located on the first floor of a recently refurbished building (2023).  
  
The 90 sqm apartment is bright and comfortable, featuring a kitchen with a terrace and a spacious living area. It has three bedrooms: one master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a large shower, one double bedroom with a single bed and a French bed (1.5 size), and a third bedroom with a single bed. There is also a second bathroom with a shower.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. The apartment is fitted with a heat pump system, ensuring excellent comfort for both cooling and heating. Additional amenities include a 55-inch Ultra HD TV with streaming services, a Nespresso coffee machine and accessories for French press coffee, a hairdryer, towels, fresh bed linens, and shower essentials upon your arrival.
