This new apartment is located in an area of Venice highly appreciated for its proximity to the railway station and Piazzale Roma.
You can reach the famous Jewish Ghetto on foot in just 2 minutes, in 5 minutes the churches frescoed by Tiepolo of Sant'Alvise and Madonna dell'Orto, and from there you can reach the islands of Murano, Burano, and Torcello by taking the vaporetto.
Moreover, in 5 minutes you can reach the Fondamenta Misericordia and Ormesini, areas frequented by Venetians for nightlife and excellent bars, restaurants, and wine bars.
Spacious and comfortable, this apartment can accommodate up to 3 people and consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom with the possibility of an additional bed, and a bathroom with a shower.
For your comfort, you will find Wi-Fi, washing machine, hair dryer, electric mosquito repellent devices, iron, air conditioning, and independent heating.

Great location and very modern

Location is centralized in northern Venice. Very nicely decorated and modern. Great amenities and easy check in. Bed was very comfortable. (Only negative is multiple flights of stairs to reach the property.) Would stay again if our travels bring us back to Venice.

Flat was clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed. Light. Very quiet. We needed instructions for the heating thermostat. The shower was a bit small, hand shower bracket loose.

Lovely apartment, great location

We had a pleasant check in process with Linda. The property was conveniently located and as described. The bed was comfortable. The place was clean and light with lovely architectural features. The WiFi worked well. The clothes washer baffled me and shredded my blouse. I recommended getting more information about using it if you are unfamiliar with this style as I was, and still am. I highly recommend the place overall.
