The property is a cozy and relaxing old building. It was generally clean, though the washroom could have been better maintained. The host was responsible and very friendly, which added to the stay. While accessing Venice from the location can be a bit challenging, the surrounding area felt safe.

This villa is a very old house converted into short term daily rental place, located between the Marco Polo airport and Venice. Given very reasonable daily rate, we did not expect much. However, the owner was very nice and helpful. As he is not at the villa, other than to greet and to check in new guests, I recommend contacting him by email and phone to confirm estimated arrival time. The villa is small and quiet, close to the local tram stops.

My stay was perfect for what I paid for, we had a bed and a shower that worked perfectly fine. The staff was nice and I had no problem that came across. The only thing I had an issue was the air conditioning, I couldn’t get it to work. I looked up a YouTube video and still couldn’t get it but I bet if I call them they would’ve help but I was a little nervous and it wasn’t a huge deal for me since the weather outside was wonderful. Great experience overal!

We specified a first floor room due to my physical condition and they gave us a second floor room and they don’t have elevator. The carpet is filthy with a lot of stain. The curtain in the bathroom was dirty and has mold. They gave us just one soap for two people for the first two days we stayed there. The girl at the reception was not too kind. I don’t recommend that place

Ein wunderbarer und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Super nette Mitarbeiter, dank Carla war unser später Check-in reibungslos. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen, unsere Betten wurden täglich frisch gemacht. Natürlich sind die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir schätzten die schönen Antiquitäten. Die Anbindung war top und die Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt. 少し早く着いたのですがフロントには人がいなくて部屋掃除されてる方に荷物をフロントに置かせてもらいベネチアへ出発。 すぐ近くにバスターミナルがあり便利。 食事も近くにレストランがあり問題なかったです。 ベネチアから帰ると、やはりフロントには誰もいないどころか鍵も閉まっている。 ドアに書いてある電話番号に電話して指示に従い鍵をキーボックスからだして部屋に入ることができました。 価格は納得ですが、英語が不得意な人には勧めません。
